Brigid Grice has over 25 years of experience developing and executing brand strategies across retail, advertising, hospitality, and the not-for-profit sectors throughout Australia, the UK, and Europe.
Over the course of her career, Brigid observed women were consistently underrepresented and undervalued across many of the industries in which she worked. In 2022, she set about to affect change where she could.
She began in her heartland of the hospitality industry where, thanks to the calibre of her founding talent, Venn quickly became a magnet for exceptional women seeking representation grounded in integrity, strategic thinking, and genuine advocacy.
Today, Venn champions women across a broad range of industries, united by their leadership, influence, and commitment to excellence.

Brigid lives in Sydney with her husband, their thirteen-year-old daughter Daisy, and scruffy hair Jack Russell, Frank.
